These Seller Terms apply to shops and businesses that register and sell products through OneStoply. By creating a shop on OneStoply, the seller agrees to follow these terms.
1. Seller Account
To create a shop, sellers must provide accurate and complete information requested by OneStoply.
Sellers are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for all activity carried out through their account.
OneStoply may review seller registration requests before approving a shop.
2. Shop Information
Sellers must provide accurate information about their:
- Shop name
- Business information
- Contact details
- Shop location
- Products and prices
- Delivery and pickup options
- Return or exchange policies
Sellers must keep their information up to date.
3. Products and Listings
Sellers are responsible for the products they list on OneStoply.
Product listings should include accurate:
- Product names
- Descriptions
- Images
- Prices
- Available quantities
- Variations or options where applicable
Sellers must not list illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited products.
4. Orders
Sellers are responsible for reviewing and fulfilling orders received through OneStoply.
Sellers should:
- Process orders within a reasonable time
- Provide the correct products
- Keep product availability updated
- Communicate important order issues
- Prepare pickup orders for customers who choose Shop Pickup
- Prepare delivery orders according to the seller's selected delivery arrangements
Repeated failure to fulfill orders may result in review or suspension of the seller account.
5. Delivery and Shop Pickup
Sellers may offer Cash on Delivery, Shop Pickup, or other options supported by OneStoply.
The availability and applicable fees for these options may depend on the seller's plan and OneStoply platform settings.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that orders are ready for the selected fulfillment method.
6. Pricing and Fees
Sellers are responsible for setting accurate product prices.
OneStoply may charge seller subscription or platform fees according to the plan selected by the seller.
Applicable plan prices, limits, features, and platform charges are displayed or communicated before or during the seller's subscription process.
OneStoply may update plans, features, or fees from time to time with appropriate notice.
7. Seller Plans
Seller plans may include different limits and features such as:
- Number of products
- Shop features
- Offers
- Storage
- Analytics
- Other marketplace tools
A seller may use only the features and limits included in their active plan.
If a plan expires or is not renewed, certain seller features may become unavailable until the plan is renewed or changed.
8. Payments to OneStoply
Where a seller subscription requires payment, the seller must follow the payment instructions provided by OneStoply.
A seller account or shop may remain pending until the required payment has been verified by OneStoply.
OneStoply may reject or expire unpaid seller requests after the applicable waiting period.
9. Returns and Refunds
Sellers are responsible for handling returns, exchanges, and refunds related to their products according to their published policies and applicable requirements.
Sellers must not create misleading return or refund conditions.

10. Seller Content
Sellers retain responsibility for the content they upload, including:
- Shop logos
- Shop images
- Product images
- Product descriptions
- Promotional content
Sellers must have the necessary rights or permission to use content they upload to OneStoply.
11. Prohibited Activity
Sellers must not use OneStoply to:
- Sell illegal or prohibited products
- Upload misleading or fraudulent information
- Impersonate another business
- Use stolen or copyrighted material without permission
- Manipulate orders, reviews, or marketplace activity
- Attempt to access another seller's account
- Abuse or interfere with the OneStoply platform
OneStoply may investigate suspected violations.
12. Shop Suspension or Removal
OneStoply may temporarily suspend, restrict, or remove a shop if there is a serious or repeated violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, prohibited products, security concerns, or other legitimate platform-related reasons.
Where appropriate, the seller may be given an opportunity to resolve the issue.
13. Seller Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations relating to their business, products, pricing, taxes, licenses, consumer obligations, and other business activities.
OneStoply does not replace any license, registration, approval, or legal requirement that may apply to a seller's business.
14. Marketplace Role
OneStoply provides a digital marketplace that connects customers with independent local shops.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, sellers remain responsible for their products, inventory, pricing, fulfillment, customer service, and applicable return or refund obligations.
15. Changes to Seller Terms
OneStoply may update these Seller Terms from time to time as the platform, plans, features, or business requirements change.
Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
