1. About OneStoply

OneStoply provides the platform through which customers can discover shops, browse products, place orders, and choose available fulfillment options such as Cash on Delivery or Shop Pickup.
Individual shops are responsible for their products, prices, inventory, order fulfillment, and applicable shop policies.
2. User Accounts
Some OneStoply features require an account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
You must not use another person's account without permission.
3. Customers
Customers may browse shops and products and place orders through OneStoply where ordering is available.
Customers should provide accurate contact and delivery information.
An order may be subject to confirmation or acceptance by the relevant shop.
4. Shop Owners
Businesses may apply to create shops on OneStoply.
Shop registration may require review and approval by OneStoply.
Approved sellers must follow the OneStoply Seller Terms and provide accurate shop and product information.
5. Products and Prices
Products, descriptions, images, availability, and prices are provided by individual shops.
Shop owners are responsible for keeping their listings accurate and up to date.
Product availability and prices may change without prior notice.
OneStoply may remove or restrict listings that violate platform rules or applicable requirements.
6. Orders
When you place an order, the order details are recorded on the platform.
The relevant shop is responsible for preparing and fulfilling the order.
OneStoply may provide order-related communication and marketplace support.
An order may be cancelled or rejected when the product is unavailable, information is incorrect, the shop cannot fulfill the order, or another legitimate reason applies.
7. Cash on Delivery
Where Cash on Delivery is available, customers may pay when the order is delivered.
COD availability and applicable fees may vary by shop, order, location, or OneStoply platform settings.
Customers should provide accurate delivery information and remain available to receive confirmed orders.
8. Shop Pickup
Where Shop Pickup is available, customers may collect their order directly from the selected shop.
The shop may provide pickup instructions or a suitable collection time.
Customers should follow the shop's pickup requirements.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the applicable shop policy and the OneStoply Return & Refund Policy.
Customers should review the relevant shop's policy before placing an order where return eligibility is important.
10. Payments
OneStoply may support different payment methods depending on the services and features available on the platform.
Where payments are processed through third-party payment providers, those providers may apply their own terms and policies.
Customers should not provide passwords, PINs, or other sensitive payment credentials to shop owners or unauthorized persons.
11. User Content
Users and shop owners may upload information, images, logos, descriptions, and other content to OneStoply.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload is accurate and that you have the necessary rights or permission to use it.
You must not upload unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or infringing content.
12. Prohibited Use
You must not use OneStoply to:
- Conduct fraudulent activity
- Impersonate another person or business
- Sell illegal or prohibited products
- Upload malicious software or harmful content
- Attempt unauthorized access to another account
- Manipulate orders or marketplace activity
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
- Use OneStoply for any unlawful purpose
13. Intellectual Property
The OneStoply name, logo, website design, platform features, and original content provided by OneStoply may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit OneStoply's protected content without appropriate permission.
Shop owners and users remain responsible for the content they upload.
14. Third-Party Services
OneStoply may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, storage, payments, communications, analytics, or other platform functions.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
OneStoply is not responsible for services or websites operated independently by third parties.
15. Availability of the Platform
We aim to keep OneStoply available and functioning reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, security issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
16. Account or Shop Suspension
OneStoply may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account or shop if there is a violation of these Terms, Seller Terms, suspected fraud, prohibited activity, security concerns, or another legitimate platform-related reason.
Where appropriate, users or sellers may be given an opportunity to resolve the issue.
17. Limitation of Responsibility
OneStoply provides the marketplace platform connecting customers and independent shops.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, OneStoply is not the manufacturer or direct seller of products listed by independent shops.
Product quality, inventory, pricing, fulfillment, and shop-specific policies remain the responsibility of the relevant shop.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the OneStoply platform, services, features, or applicable requirements.
Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
